Return Policy - Custom Orders

Casting and finished jewelry made from gold, platinum and palladium may be returned for full credit within 60 days from the invoice date. Casting House reserves the right to accept or deny returned castings and finished jewelry. 

A credit will be provided for the lesser of the metal value on the invoice date or current metal market pricing. A Minimum $10.00 return fee for Gold and Minimum $25.00 fee for Platinum will be applied.

Casting and finished jewelry returned after 60 days from the invoice date may be eligible for a partial credit at the discretion of Casting House.

Credit Will Not be offered for any metal that has been heated, soldered or rhodium plated.

Return Policy – Catalog Orders

When desiring to return an item, an RA (Return Authorization) number is required. Please contact customer service within 15 days of the invoiced date to request an RA number. Obtaining an RA number does not guarantee the acceptance or credit of the returned items. The items being returned must be received by Casting House within 15 days of receiving an RA number. Failure to return items within the time period will void the Return Authorization. Please put the RA number visibly on the outside of the package being returned. Packages without an RA number will be refused at your expense.

1. Full credit will be given for any item returned for manufacturing defects only after being received & inspected by Casting House.

2. All finished items are not returnable without authorization. A finished item includes any pieces that have been polished & set with stones (or items that have been altered, sized, set with customers stones, or custom made).

3. Items being returned that were ordered as Cast & Polished or a Pre-Polished Casting are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and the incurred shipping charges.

4. Design fees are not refundable.
