Yes! We have beautiful, high quality brass and CZ samples. Shop your own selection online or contact us to purchase a selection of Best Sellers.
When ordering online, you will have the opportunity to give us custom instructions on the product page, including the exact size and shape of your center gemstone.
When ordering through your dedicated Job Coordinator, communicate like any other custom job.
When customizing centers to accommodate fancy cuts, we encourage you to send us your center stone so our CAD designer can reference it. We even scan in your stone for the most accurate CAD.
If we are setting the center stone ourselves, we ask that we have the stone prior to starting the CAD whenever possible.
Lead times range from as little as 4 days to ship for desprued pieces to 9+ days for customized designs that are set and finished. Turnaround times vary, please confirm when ordering with your Job Coordinator.
Will you store molds if I customize my own line?
Absolutely! All of your molds will be stored in their own location at no additional cost. This is a great way to differentiate your brand.
Yes, we can - ask your rep about laser engraving and stamping options.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
There is no minimum order for precious metal items. We do have a 25 piece minimum order for our samples.
Is there somewhere I can track my order?
Yes, the Customer Portal is our online solution to tracking orders 24/7. Your rep can help you get access once your order is placed.
We accept payment from Visa/Mastercard, COD or check. We even offer terms, pending account approval. Ask your dedicated Job Coordinator to get that process started.

What diamond melee do you offer?
We offer 3 grades as well as lab grown melee. Visit our Diamond Melee Page for more info.
You are welcome to supply your own melee for customized orders. For stock pieces, We do not accept client melee when setting and finishing stock pieces.
Can you set CZ centers in my precious metal stock order?
We're glad to supply and set CZ centers. Pricing is included when you order online and choose "Provide & Set CZ Center" when adding to cart.
