Jason is a third generation jewelry manufacturer and is recognized within the industry as an expert in the areas of manufacturable design and reproduction technology. He has lectured in this capacity at GIA as well as written and contributed to technical articles in jewelry trade magazines. Mr. Borgstahl has also written professionally or lectured on the topics of perfactory rapid prototyping technology, ethical jewelry manufacturing, photo-polymer technology, casting plastic patterns and utilizing heat-treatable, high hardness value metals to create ultra-light jewelry.

President and COO
Troy has spent the past 10+ years at Casting House growing the business and helping its clients succeed. Today he continues to guide the company into new and exciting markets.
Troy has a rich history in leadership and sales and marketing.
An active member of his community and former basketball player, Troy is a coach and avid fan of The Ohio State University Buckeyes.
