Send us your CAD files in the standard STL format or 3DM. We will review your file and make changes only with your approval. Once we are assured of the best casting outcome, we then grow or mill your wax and submit it for casting. We offer discounts to customers who use both service bureau and casting services.

When your CAD file arrives and is signed-off on by 2:30pm central time, your wax is ready in two business days! After we complete your wax, it is ready to ship or cast; castings ready the next business day.
We specialize in the latest and most advanced CAD techniques. Anything you can conceive we can build: figures, objects, nature scenes, animals, faces, etc.

We have consistent and extraordinary results casting EnvisionTec models. Because of our commitment to Research and Development we have discovered a special production process that insures perfect castings every time.
The EnvisionTec Perfactory was designed by a leading German industrial designer. The Perfactory build process cures each layer in a single shot using image projection technology; Digital Light Processing (DLP). The process allows for fast and efficient builds.

At Casting House, we use the top end of an impressive line of high quality, robustly constructed CNC milling machines used at the professional level. To insure the finest detail is preserved, we have created special application components that allow us to do more with our mills than one would expect.
Unlike the rapid prototype technology of the Solidscape or DLP process of the Perfactory models, Computer Numerically Controlled mills start with a solid piece of wax and remove material; essentially “carving” a pristine and symmetrical wax. Certain projects are better served by milling. It is our job to know which machine yields the best outcome for your project.
